Payment Policy
Equipment will be worked on only after payment is received. We accept cash, credit/debit cards via QuickBooks Online. This ensures timely service and allows us to provide the highest quality repairs.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, except in rare, pre-approved circumstances.
Estimates & Approvals
Estimates are valid for 15 days. If an estimate is not approved or paid within this timeframe, you will need to pick up your unrepaired equipment.
Any additional repairs or services requested after the initial estimate may require a revised estimate.
Diagnostics & Repairs
Diagnostic Requirement
Before any repair work can be quoted or performed, a diagnostic inspection is required, and the associated diagnostic fee must be paid. This ensures that we accurately identify the issue and provide an effective, precise repair. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable, but will be applied toward your final invoice if you approve the repair.
Diagnostic Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee is collected at or before drop-off:

Residential Equipment: $20

Commercial Equipment: $40
This fee covers the time and labor to inspect, troubleshoot, and preparation of a repair estimate.
Repairs
Once the diagnostic evaluation is complete, the customer will be provided with an estimate for the recommended repairs. Customers may review, approve, and pay the estimate before any repair work begins. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward your final invoice.
Expedited Repairs (Skip the Line)
Available for an additional fee of $60, subject to availability of parts, extent of repair, and equipment type.
Warranty Coverage
Pull Start provides a 15-day limited warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers only the specific parts and services performed during the repair.
It does not cover:

Additional issues or new damages

Customer misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

Improper operation of the equipment

Equipment modified or serviced by unauthorized parties
Pickup & Storage Policy
You will be notified when your equipment is ready. Equipment will be released after full payment of the final invoice.
The customer who booked the appointment will be contacted when the equipment is ready for pickup. Equipment will not be released to anyone else without written permission from the original customer, which may be provided via email or text.
Please pick up equipment within 15 business days of notification. Equipment left unclaimed beyond 15 business days will incur a storage fee of $3 per weekday for residential/small equipment and $6 for commercial/large equipment.
If equipment remains unclaimed after 30 business days, Pull Start Power may consider the equipment abandoned. Before any sale, donation, or disposal, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via phone, email, or certified mail.
By leaving your equipment with Pull Start Power, you agree to timely pickup, any applicable storage fees, and understand that unclaimed equipment may be considered abandoned and handled according to our policies after reasonable notice.
Damage & Liability Policy
Pull Start Power exercises care while handling your equipment, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or defects

Theft or loss of equipment or personal items

Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, storms)
Please remove all personal items or accessories before drop-off.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a repair appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Parts & Supplies
If a repair requires special parts, the customer will be notified of cost and lead time. Customers may request OEM or aftermarket parts, and any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customer Conduct & Safety
For your safety and ours, please ensure pets and children are not left unattended at our location. Pull Start reserves the right to refuse service if safety guidelines are not followed.
